Yesterday evening I watched yet another amazing talk in TED.com that I really would like to share with you.
Last month, Melinda Gates, co-founder of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, spoke at TEDxChange (which had been organized in cooperation with her foundation). She spoke about what NGOs can learn from Coca-Cola as the probably most international company.
I would like to share this talk with you, because it stroke me as so unideological, open-minded, universal for any cause and thus applicable to ChildFinance.
I can highly encourage you to take some ten minutes during your lunch-brake or in the evening to watch the talk, but let me just list the three major aspects Melinda Gates considers crucial lessons for NGOs:
